With the increase of cargo arriving from Asia and South America, the West has become ever more important for U.S. air cargo operators.  Aeroterm’s Western portfolio consists of over 2.5 million sf of space at many of the West’s major gateway airports.

Anchorage, AK (ANC)
Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is the major airport in the state of Alaska and is located 4 miles southwest of downtown Anchorage. FedEx Express and United Parcel Service operate major hubs at Anchorage International for cargo heading to and from the Far East. NWA Cargo also operates a major hub at the airport. Aeroterm recently acquired a 90,000 square foot building with the intention of rehabilitating the well-located facility to maximize it’s efficiency and through put.

Austin, TX (AUS)
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport provides a critical link for the region’s future growth.  Austin’s growth over the past decade has been fueled largely by the dynamics of global competition, especially in the high tech industry.  Aeroterm has a             51,000 sf facility at this up and coming airport.

Dallas, TX (DFW)    
As a premier transportation hub, Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport offers one of the most sophisticated infrastructure systems in existence, making it easy to connect with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other companies in the cargo distribution network.  Aeroterm has 15 buildings with 795,274 sf of space.

Houston, TX (IAH)
Houston, TX is a city that keeps on growing.  As a result of this growth, George Bush Intercontinental Airport has also seen huge expansion.  There is currently a 2.8 billion dollar Capital Expansion Program underway in the Houston Airport System.  Aeroterm was part of this expansion developing a new cargo facility for the airport bringing the Aeroterm building total at George Bush International to 26 buildings with 840,000 sf of space.

Kansas City, MO (MCI)    
Strategically located in the heart of the Midwest, and easily accessible from two major highways, the Kansas City International Airport spans just over 10,000 acres, making it one of the largest airports in the United states.  It is also the largest air cargo airport in terms of tonnage in a six state region.  Aeroterm has a 48,643 sf facility on the airport.

New Orleans, LA (MSY)
Situated only 21 miles from the downtown core, the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport offers easy access to Interstate 10, and is conveniently located within 500 miles of 33 metropolitan centers.  New Orleans represents an overnight market with a clear geographical advantage for distribution and transportation.  Aeroterm capitalizes on this advantage with 7 buildings and 297,235 sf of space at the airport.

Oklahoma City, OK (OKC)
Will Rogers World Airport is one of the center points for cargo in the center of the country.  The airport has plenty of room for expansions and is on its way to becoming one of the regions more important cargo airports.  Aeroterm has a 50,000 sf facility on the airport.

Ontario, CA (ONT)
Ontario, CA is part of the Inland Empire whose growing economy is more than many U.S. states.  This area of Southern California has become the nexus for economic growth for the region.  Ontario International Airport is second only to LAX for cargo in the region.  Aeroterm was awarded the rights to build the new 1,000,000 sf Pacific Gateway Cargo Center  on the Airport.

The Portland International Airport reflects the achievements of the city, with a reputation for convenience, accessibility and pleasing amenities.  Portland is quickly become a northwestern gateway to and from Asia.  Aeroterm has a 91,272 sf facility on the airport.
