Just outside of Boston, MA, Aeroterm has an 88,590 sf single tenant off airport sort facility occupied by FedEx.

Chicago, IL (ORD)     
O'Hare International Airport, the second busiest airport in both the United States and the world, is located in the northwestern-most corner of Chicago, Illinois. It is currently undergoing an extensive modernization plan due to its high volume and crowded schedule. Aeroterm recently acquired a seven building air cargo portfolio totaling 976,000 square feet and 28 acres of developable land.

Columbus, OH (LCK)     
Formerly a military base, Rickenbacker International Airport  was recently taken over by the Port of Columbus.  The port has plans to turn Rickenbacker into the area’s cargo airport and keep passenger flights at the Port of Columbus International Airport.  The Columbus area is a hub for industrial activity, and Rickenbacker is quickly increasing it’s rank as one of the nations leading cargo airports.  Aeroterm has 359,000 sf at the airport in 4 structures.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL (FLL)    
As an alternative to ever expanding Miami International Airport, Ft Lauderdale International Airport has made a name for itself on both the passenger and air cargo side.  The airport has become the alternative airport of choice when flying into South Florida.  With 150,086 SF in6 buildings, Aeroterm is the dominant player on the airport.

Ft. Myers, FL (RSW)
Southwest Florida International Airport  is located in Ft. Myers, FL.  This area is one of the fastest growing regions of Florida.  The airport has recently opened a new state-of-the-art passenger terminal and continues to grow.  Air cargo is quickly following the passenger growth rate.  Aeroterm already has a presence at the airport with a 24,000 sf facility.

Harrisburg, PA (MDT)      
The Harrisburg International Airport  has become an increasingly important center of air cargo activity, particularly for the express service of integrated cargo airlines.  The emergence of the airport is due largely to the expansion of the high tech and biomedical industries in the south central Pennsylvania area.  The area is also becoming a significant warehouse and distribution center.  Aeroterm has two facilities at the airport with 75,750 sf of space.

Louisville International Airport has long been an air cargo hotspot. The airport’s continued growth is reflective the high numbers of cargo movements through the airport.  Aeroterm has a 112,302 sf single tenant facility at the airport.

Miami International Airport is known as a Latin American Gateway into the United States. With shipments varying from fruit and flowers to machinery, Miami’s cargo numbers are constantly increasing.  Aeroterm is the dominant presence at Miami International with 648,578 sf in four buildings.

Milwaukee, WI (MKE)       
The city of Milwaukee has long been a center of commerce and industry in the great Lakes region. Ideally situated in the center of the Upper Midwest, just 90 miles north of Chicago on the west shore of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee offers easy access to national and international markets. General Mitchell International Airport is a well-placed medium sized hub that can accommodate aircraft of any size and load.  Aeroterm has 131,176 of space on the airport.

An important stop in the Deep South, Nashville International Airport is at the center of the ever-growing southern automotive industry. Norfolk International Airport serves the largest and fastest growing metro area in Virginia. Located eight miles northeast of downtown Norfolk, the airport has set the standard for reconciling expanding air facilities alongside a delicate ecological sanctuary.
