Canada
represents one of the world’s strongest import-export
economies—and its volume of international trade continues
to grow. Since government control of airports was phased
out in 1992, the Canadian airport system has been flourishing
as well.
Global
air cargo traffic is on the increase, and it is extremely
important to have a presence at the points of entry. Aeroterm
has the gateways to the Eastern United States covered in
our 3 million sf eastern portfolio, with facilities from
Miami International Airport to JFK International and points
above and in between. 
With
the increase of cargo from Asia and South America, the west
has become ever more important. Aeroterm Western portfolio
consists of over 2.5 million sf of space at some of the west’s
major gateway airports. 
The
European economy is growing ever stronger and more and more
new companies are establishing their presence there and in
the rest of the world. The new stability fortified
by the European Union has boosted the economies of many of
the member countries, increasing productivity and movement
of goods.
