Aeroterm is a long-term partner to tenants and airports, and we invest in our relationships with airports for the long term.  Actively seeking to expand our unique and specialized portfolio, Aeroterm continues to pursue the acquisition of existing assets from independent investors, airport authorities and user-owners, ranging in product type from single-tenant buildings to large portfolios of properties located at multiple airports. 

Single tenant building
Rickenbacker International Airport is an international multi-modal cargo airport, a charter passenger terminal, a U.S. Foreign-Trade Zone, and a distribution hub that serves the Central Ohio region and other needs around the world.  Here a well-known construction company built a sort facility for FedEx.  Once the building was built and the tenant moved in, the construction company wanted to turn the building over to a management company.  Aeroterm stepped up and, working with the construction company, the tenant and the airport authority, negotiated a transfer of the property to Aeroterm.

Single Airport, Multi-building Portfolio
In Fort Lauderdale, Aeroterm worked with a building owner to structure a transaction to help them monetize 150,000 sf of building space plus associated aircraft ramp parking space.  Since then, Aeroterm has worked with its global customer base to increase occupancy for the benefit of the airport.
