Aeroterm has been named by the City of Chicago as the developer of approximately 840,000 square feet of Air Cargo Facilities at Chicago O’Hare International. In addition to developing the cargo facilities, Aeroterm will construct adjacent aircraft ramp capable of accommodating new generation aircraft including Boeing 747-8 series aircraft. Our warehouse and aviation oriented transfer point facilities are designed with a finished aviation oriented building depth of 225 feet for three buildings and 180’ for one building. These secured facilities are designed to segregate public access from secured areas.
