JOHN CAMMETT . President/CEO and Founding Partner
Mr. Cammett has overseen the growth of the company from its initial investment in Montreal’s two airports in the early 1990’s to its activity in more than 20+ airports today.  He is responsible for day-to-day management of company operations, portfolio expansion, and new business initiatives. Mr. Cammett graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Engineering and Applied Sciences.

KENNETH CODE . Founding Partner
Mr. Code has over 20 years experience in real estate acquisition, development and finance in both the public and private sectors.  He leads finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Code graduated from Harvard University with a BA in economics.

LOUIS BEAUCHEMIN . Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Beauchemin joined Aeroterm in 1994 with several years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is responsible for company wide operations. Mr. Beauchemin has a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from McGill University.

SEAN NEELY . Executive Vice President
Mr. Neely is responsible for the management and growth of the company’s Canadian portfolio of over 2 million square feet in 23 facilities. With more than 20 years of experience, he is a veteran real estate professional with expertise in acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, construction and property management. During his career, he has developed in excess of 1 million square feet of new facilities, including the recently completed North Cargo sector (366,000 square feet) at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport. Previous to joining Aeroterm in 1992, he worked for Citibank Canada’s Real Estate Division specializing in short-term project finance. Mr. Neely graduated from Yale University with a BA in economics.

STEVE FORRER . Executive Vice President
Mr. Forrer joined Aeroterm in 2000 with responsibility for project acquisition and development initiatives.  He continues to participate in portfolio expansion efforts with a focus on project and entity level finance as well as municipal entitlement matters.  Prior to joining Aeroterm, Mr. Forrer held senior executive and principal positions within the institutional banking and real estate investment community.  He holds a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Washington University.

MICHAEL  MINEAR . Vice President
Mr. Minear joined Aeroterm in 2003 and is responsible for management and expansion of eastern U.S. operations.  He previously has managed a commercial real estate portfolio and a corporate real estate department, and brings over 16 years experience in real estate management, leasing, marketing and operations.  Mr. Minear holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

STEPHEN KRADJIAN . Vice President
Since joining Aeroterm in 2001, Mr. Kradjian has been responsible for the management and expansion of Western U.S. operations, currently overseeing nine cities out of Houston. He previously worked in Southern California as a broker with Cushman Wakefield and also served in the Real Estate group of Continental Airlines. Mr. Kradjian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Boston University and an MBA in Finance from Rice University.

ERIN GRUVER . Vice President, Acquisitions & Development
Mr. Gruver is responsible for leading real estate development and planning initiatives.  He joined Aeroterm in 2000 and has more than 15 years of experience in the industrial and commercial development sectors including oversight of build-to-suits, multi-tenant projects, speculative endeavors and RFP efforts.  Mr. Gruver holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.

NEIL FRANKEL . Vice President, Corporate Controller
Mr. Frankel is responsible for the management of Aeroterm’s financial reporting systems and infrastructure. He has been with Aeroterm since 1995. Previous to joining Aeroterm, Mr. Frankel spent six years as an Auditor with BDO Dunwoody. Mr. Frankel received his Bachelor of Science from Concordia University.

BENOIT VIENS . Vice President, Leasing & Marketing
Mr. Viens is responsible for portfolio and building management and optimization for Canadian assets. He joined Aeroterm in 2000 and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate. Mr. Viens received both his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Montreal.

CATALIN PANAITE . Chief Information Officer
Mr. Panaite is responsible for Aeroterm’s information technology and reporting infrastructure. He joined Aeroterm in 1996 and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of information technology. Mr. Panaite received his Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Transylvania University of Brasov in Romania.

BRIAN ORAVEC . Investments and Business Development
Mr. Oravec focuses on business development, investments and financial structuring. He was formerly with Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking in New York. Mr. Oravec has an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business, and a BA in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.

JIM GODEY . General Counsel
Mr. Godey is responsible for all legal operations of the company, including deal structuring and due diligence.  Mr. Godey has a BS in business from the University of Richmond E.C Robins School of Business and his JD from the Harvard Law School, and is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Florida and licensed certified public accountant in Maryland.
